In Uptown Charlotte, Summit offers the Harvest Moon Grille. Harvest Moon Grille is a Farm to Fork The location of Harvest Moon Grille is one of Charlotte North Carolina’s oldest historic sites located adjacent to The Dunhill Hotel. We are proud to call ourselves a Farm to Fork restaurant. We might even go so far as to say we are a Farmer to Table restaurant as Executive Chef Cassie Parsons, is also one of the owners of Grateful Growers Farm in Lincoln County. We are passionate about freshness and quality. Our restaurant sources our food from real people in our own community. The ingredients we use in these dishes all came from small, independently owned Farms within 100 miles of Charlotte. Exceptions to this rule are shrimp & fish (if only the NC coast were closer..), spices, flour, rice noodles and olive oil. Using only regionally-grown food that’s in season helps drive our creativity, and allows us to change our menu often. We make all our breads, pasta, dressings and many of our cheeses in-house. The meats and eggs on our menu came from small farms that do not use antibiotics or added hormones. Our goal is to provide you with fresh, tasty food that is true to its nature. Enjoy! |
