The Courtyard Crabtree Valley is seeking an experienced candidate for the position of Assistant General Manager. This position is extremely hands on and requires a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate should possess a strong Operational background with a full understanding of The Rooms Division and Accounting (Night Audit & A/R).
In addition, this position will assist in achieving planned goals for operational integrity as measured by revenue, ADR and Rev Par index while maintaining company standards for guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, quality assurance and asset protection.
This individual should be able to handle all aspects of Human Resources, including training, developing, counseling and payroll processing. The candidate is a team builder and must be willing to handle associate issues.
This candidate must be dedicated and willing to provide service to exceed our guests highest expectations.
Candidates with an understanding of the Raleigh markets preferred.
The ideal candidate must possess the following:

5 years of Hotel Management and Supervisory Experience

Full understanding of Front Desk, Accounting, Human Resources, Sales

Analyzing Operating Statements, Financial Reports, Budgets, Forecasts

Requires a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, overnight, holidays)

Successful at building relationships with clients
